Nuclear traces found in the West Philippine Sea?


Scientists from DOST-PNRI, UP MSI, and the University of Tokyo have detected "unusually high" levels of Iodine-129 in the WPS. While this substance is a known marker for nuclear activity, researchers clarify there are no local sources in the area, suggesting the traces likely traveled from distant waters.
